Deposit your money

Walk to the nearest Jabex Money agent location and deposit the money you want to transfer.
Please note that to send money through our agent you always need to bring a valid ID or Passport, even if you are already registered as a customer.

Get your receipt

The receipt includes all the information from the transaction including the PIN number.

You will need to communicate the pin number to the beneficiary so that they can pick up their money with a valid ID at one of our agent locations.

Do not give the pin number, or any other details of your transaction, to anyone other than your intended receiver
